- Free cancellation up to 180 days prior to arrival
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival, 50 % of the total amount will be charged
- Up to 21 days prior to arrival, 60 % of the total amount will be charged
- Up to 8 days prior to arrival, 80 % of the total amount will be charged
- From 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged
We recommend travel cancellation insurance (for ex. Europäische Reiseversicherung)
Arrival
Booked apartments are available to guests starting at 3:00 pm on the stipulated arrival day.
Departure
On the stipulated departure day, you must be out of the apartment no later than 9:30 am.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Additional charges
Local tax: € 1.80 per person/day (for those 15 and older)
Final cleaning: between € 60.00 to € 135.00
Direct booking advantages
Book direct via our website to receive the advantages of a direct booking.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
Children
Upon request, we will provide a child's bed. In addition, we will provide a children's discount upon request.
Payment
After booking an apartment, 30% of the booking is charged as a deposit. The remainder of the payment is due a week prior to arrival.
